So on April 5 I applied for a temporary suspension starting from 2025 May 1st to Aug 1st, my regular data plan is 73.45 dollar per month but today I still received a deduction on my credit card for 73.45 dollar. I am super confused right now, am I not supposed to be in the temporary suspension and no longer need to pay for my regular bill but only 30dollar per month? I am now outside of Canada and I can’t call the customer, can anybody help me out what’s going on?
